We thought it would be appropriate to list out a few fun activities to do today with your families today.  There are fall festivals galore!  I pulled the select list below from Free Fun in Austin, my go-to site for Austin family fun, but there are plenty more that I didn’t lay out.
Fall Family Fun

Description: Join us for a day of fall family fun at the Wells Branch Community Library on Saturday, October 29th! -10:00am -Spooky Storytime -10:30am-1:00pm – Face Painting and Games -10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm – Pumpkin Painting (Pre-registration and $2.50 per pumpkin fee required, cash only) -2:00pm – Spider Show with Austin Arachnological Services (Ages 6+ only, Pre-registration required, FREE)

FREE Make-It Take-It at Michael’s- Halloween Extravaganza Event!
When: Sat, October 29, 11am – 2pm

Description: Halloween Extravaganza Event! Join the Costume Parade, create trick-or-treat Duck Tape totes or pails and get kids faces painted. Schedule as follows: Duck Tape Pail or Tote 11am – Noon featuring Make-It Take-It with purchase of pail or tote while supplies last. FREE Face Painting Noon – 1:30pm while supplies last. Fall Fun Fest- FREE Pony Rides!

Where:The Goddard School 1905 El Salido Parkway Cedar Park, TX (map)
Description:Free pony rides, Home Depot Kids workshop & petting zoo. Other fun activities including live music, face painting, costume contest, pumpkin decorating & more.

Trick-or-Treat at Hill Country Galleria
When:Sat, October 29, 3pm – 9pm
Where: Hill Country Galleria (map)
Description: 3-3:30 pm- Dance Performance 3-6 pm- Face painting, bounce house, Eurobungy 4-6 pm- Trick or Treating 6-9 pm- Live Music
Fall Event
Sat, October 29, 7pm – 11pm
Where:Round Rock Scion (in the Toyota Building), Exit 254 from N I-35, Round Rock (map)
Description: October 29, from 7 – 11 p.m. Food, fun, door prizes and a drawing for an Apple iPad Prizes for the Best Scion Costume Featuring DJ Jupiter and MindShift-1
