With Spring Break three days away, you probably have one thing on your mind…what the heck am I going to do with these kids all week?

Well, for those of us on a tighter budget, I’ve put together some staycation ideas to keep your days as full as your wallets.

Austin Children’s Museum

I know, I know, we blog about them a lot, but only because they’re awesome!  Check out their schedule for next week. They’re offering Spring Break Camps for children ages 4 through 10.

Lake Travis Zip Line Adventures

Granted the lake levels are a little low this year, zip lining across Lake Travis is still an amazing site to see.  If you’ve got kiddos that weigh at least 70 pounds, you should definitely check out this three hour adventure.

Lego Fun Days

If you’ve got a child 4 to 104, you should check out Lego Fun Days at the Georgetown Library or the Wells Branch Library.  The event is March 12 from 1 to 4 and on March 14 at the same times.  There will be lots of lego games to be played and fun to be had.

Those are just a couple of ideas to keep your kiddos safe and out of your hair!  There are a lot of other things on this calendar.  Let us know what you end up doing and whatever you do, remember to be safe!
