Every second Tuesday of the month, Kula Yoga invites Austin Moms Blog followers to come vinyasa, downward dog, and sun salutation their way to fitness! Kula Yoga provides childcare for kiddos as well! We meet from 12:00-1:00 Oct. 14, Nov. 11, and Dec. 9 and you can register HERE
Every third Saturday of the month, starting this Saturday (Sept. 20) we meet by the tennis courts at Zilker Park for “Pilates in the Park” with Kor180.
