We are so excited that Texas Children’s Urgent Care in the Westgate Shopping Center is now open! Austin Moms Blog had the opportunity to check out the new facility at an incredibly fun and unique event before the doors opened… check out how cute this place is!

Check out this adorable mural in one of the Texas Children’s Urgent Care hallways!

If you’re kiddos are anything like mine, they never have any issues until AFTER normal business hours. Texas Children’s Urgent Care is intended for those patients that have a medical need after hours when a pediatrician most likely isn’t an option.

I know the aesthetics technically “shouldn’t” matter, but let’s face it… they do and this place does NOT disappoint! With every wall painted in bright colorful murals that the kiddos {and adults} can identify with, Texas Children’s Urgent Care is an extremely open and inviting space. The waiting room was made for little ones to help keep them occupied should you encounter a short wait. The good news is, you can actually reserve your spot online and see what the current wait might be before you jump in the car! Win/Win!

There is a self pay option for children without insurance ranging from $125 -$200 depending on the type of care needed. Curious if they take your insurance? Here is the list  from their website of current insurances that they take.
