Our children learn to dance, not only by watching us and others, however, by truly feeling the rhythm of the music they listen to and understanding the way they want to move to it, the way their body tells them to move. Dance can release energy, be poised, loud, overly expressive (in a good way)…no matter how we express ourselves through dance, it is our expression of our own movement.
