Every Burn Bootcamp starts with a dynamic warm-up to help you perform safely and effectively through your entire 45-minute Camp.
In our gyms, you’ll find free weights, hurdles, kettlebells, jump ropes, resistance bands, battle ropes, and our coveted pull-up rig – equipment chosen with the intention to give you the full-body strength and conditioning you need to maximize your workout.
Never the same workout twice – our Burn Bootcamps are designed within a Weekly Protocol, including a combination of strength and high intensity interval training. These workout are accommodated and modified for pregnant and post-partum moms as well.
End camp with a powerful and purposeful finisher, designed to leave you feeling accomplished and challenged. We start strong and finish stronger!
