Best Coffee Playdate Spots in Austin

Whoever created the first coffee shop with a play area deserves a medal. Let’s face it, especially when kids are young, playdates can be just as much for the parents as they are for the kids. And parents need coffee, and a nice patio, and the ability to drink our beverage in peace while the kids play nearby.

A coffee playdate can actually be a bit of self-care. If your kids cooperate, you can catch up with a friend, engage in grown-up conversation, and actually drink your coffee while it’s hot.
