GirlPower Fitness is a private fitness studio in southwest Austin, specializing in helping women live healthier lives and gain confidence through improved fitness and nutrition.
My goal is to help my clients move without pain, feel proud of themselves when they look in the mirror, and have confidence knowing that they’re important and valued. I want to help my clients feel empowered. Improving your health puts you in a more healthy mindset, allowing you to make other healthy changes in your life.
When you train with me, your sessions are customized to your goals. My specialties include, but are not limited to:
- Post-natal fitness
- Injury prevention through building strength
- Balance improvement
- Working with women seeking a more nurturing environment than your typical gym
- Including mind-body fitness, like yoga and stretching, to show your body some love
