Discover the power of curiosity and authentic learning experiences! We focus on concrete, complex learning that starts with what children know. Our 3 E’s Educational Philosophy encourages the amazing curiosity of each child.

The basis for our educational approach is the unlimited potential of young learners and their capacity for knowledge. We don’t set limits on what children should know or are “ready for” and believe that rich, purposeful content is the foundation for learning. Creative World Curriculum integrates three core approaches to learning, or what we call The Three E’s

Music brings beauty and harmony into our lives. It promotes physical, emotional and spiritual health. Music is one of the greatest joys of life.

I believe that all people are musically gifted. My teaching style is oriented towards developing the musical talent of a student as well as his or her love for music.

I teach students of all ages and all levels. I design individual programs for each student according to his or her goals, needs and personal characteristics.

My teaching method focuses on all aspects of piano playing and musicianship, including ear-training, music theory, piano technique, practice skills, a wide variety of piano literature, memory-training, sight-reading, music history, and more.

In addition, students have the option to perform regularly in student recitals.

30, 45 and 60 minute private lessons are available at my home studio in North Austin (Woods of Brushy Creek).

I create a light and happy atmosphere during my lessons and make learning to play the piano enjoyable and fun.

They call it the Texas Donut, because as you know, everything is bigger in Texas Y’all! You’ll have to see it to believe it. If you need enough regular-sized or Texas-sized donuts to feed a large crowd, it’s best to call ahead and place an order for pick up. There’s also a drive-thru. Forum Health is Austin’s leading integrative medicine practice that addresses the root cause of disease (rather than just the symptoms) to help you live a vibrant life. We customize care plans tailored to your individual needs and health challenges with a broad range of advanced diagnostics and innovative therapies.
We specialize in treating many conditions including children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. We understand the demands of living with autism are vast and require care and attention. Wherever you are in your journey, it’s never too late to improve your quality of life. We believe children and adults with autism spectrum disorder deserve to live to their fullest potential.

We believe autism appears to be caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. That means that — beyond neuroplastic and conventional therapies — we can help decrease symptoms by addressing other aspects of wellness that influence brain function.

Symptoms vary greatly, so we’ll analyze your specific situation to develop a plan for treatment and care.

In addition to autism spectrum disorder, we also specialize in:
Environmental Toxins
Chronic Pain Relief
Hormone Optimization
Gut Health
Nutritional Balance
Chronic Fatigue Relief
CIRS / Mycotoxins

Craniosacral Therapy helped me work through joint pain, nausea, insomnia, and fatigue after a period of health issues. It was the first modality where I was able to sink into a resting state, giving my body a new sense of internal space and movement. CST changed my experience of pain and resolved stagnant symptoms that were resistant to healing.
During our sessions together, I use gentle hands-on holds that allow fascia and spinal fluid to reorganize. These encourage emotional, energetic, and postural ease. The therapy can provide relief for back and hip pain as the baby grows and stretches your ligaments putting pressure on pelvic bones or joints. Through our connection and focused time together, you will learn to touch deeper levels of safety and calm so your body regains access to its inherent fluidity. When CST is practiced with an attentive and empathetic partner during pregnancy, the body orients to receptivity which can foster openness during labor. It feels meaningful and rewarding to support you in the process of building trust and comfort in your body.
