We have been living through very stressful times. It would be great if we could simply avoid or eliminate the stressors in our lives. Unfortunately, that’s only possible to an extent, and there will be times in life when we are faced with unpredictable or unavoidable stressors; stressors that may be out of our control. The good news is that there are things that can be done to mitigate the stress.
We can’t always control what we are facing, but we do have a choice in how we face it.
