OMNI AUSTIN HOTEL DOWNTOWN TO HOST PESO PLUMA TAILGATE PARTY

Omni Austin Hotel Downtown is excited to host its next Tailgate Party for Peso Pluma at its full-service restaurant, Capital A, from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, July 19. Hotel guests, locals and those attending the “ÉXODO Tour” at Moody Center can stop by the hotel before the show to enjoy food, drinks and live music. This is the fourth iteration of Omni Austin Hotel Downtown’s Tailgate Party Series, which they plan to host throughout the year to provide guests a place to go before hitting the concert scene or a night out in Austin’s bustling entertainment district.

Capital A will offer Peso Pluma-themed cocktails and mocktails, like the El Belicon, with Carabuena Tequila, Topo Chico and fresh lime juice, and the LA PEOPLE Punch, with lemon and lime juice, caramelized orange, sparkling Topo Chico, strawberry and mint. For bites, guests can enjoy the Ella Baila Sola, a smoked brisket tostada with salsa verde, spicy crema, cotija and cilantro, and the NUEVA VIDA, which is a smoked carnitas flatbread with goat cheese, shallots, spiced cheese, chipotle crema and pico de gallo. The event will also feature live Peso Pluma cover songs, making this the perfect pre-show activity.

Mexican hitmaker Peso Pluma gained significant social media recognition with viral songs like “El Belicon,” which debuted at number 50 on Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart and garnered over 10 million YouTube views in February 2022. His unique contributions to the music industry span genres such as regional Mexican, corridos rap, trap, tumbados and reggaeton.
