The Neill-Cochran House Museum is excited to announce an extra special Sunday Funday to celebrate Mother’s Day. Wear your best tea party hat/attire and prepare the fixin’s for a tea party in Mom’s honor. The perfect event for daughters and their mom’s, the museum is offering an afternoon of fun for the entire family.
Craft a special placemat, bright paper flowers, and napkin rings to show your mom some love. All supplies will be provided as well as staff help with instructions. Refreshing iced tea will be served using the exclusive Neill-Cochran House Museum Central Texas Blend and staff favorite, Mrs. Neill’s Breakfast Tea.
Participation in Sunday Funday is free with the price of museum admission. Drop in anytime between 1:00pm until 4:00pm to enjoy the activity. One Sunday of the month, the Neill-Cochran House Museum opens its doors to feature hands-on activities, scavenger hunts, and space to enjoy lunch in the shade.
The Neill-Cochran House Museum is open Wednesdays through Sundays from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Admission to the Museum starts at $8. All events will take place outdoors, with social distancing measures in place. The Museum also requests that all visitors, speakers, and staff wear a mask at all times while on site.
