Texas Wellness Day Festival and Market

TEXAS WELLNESS DAY Festival and Market is a fun filled day for the whole family filled with health and wellness and local vendors that will keep you moving, shopping, and learning along the way.

We will have a main stage area with live music by DJ Dustin Caputo, Free Fitness Classes including Breathwork, Yoga, and Dance Lessons, along with Texas Trivia and plenty of time for dancing.
In our KIDS ZONE, we will have all kinds of fun interactive activities for the little ones with Gigglebox drawing special PorTREATS all day benefitting Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas (DSACT), and The Confetti Crew bringing their lux setup for all the kids to bounce, ride, and play in!
Also in the kids zone: Family Friendly Yoga for all ages and all abilities, as well as the Zen Den, Mindfulness for Relaxation and Breathing, both presented by Yoga Peace School. You won’t want to miss this!

There will be eats, drinks, and sweets from Top Taco, Ritual N/A, and Dulce Amor Mio Ice Cream.
Beyond this there will be wellness activations including infusions, boosters, cryotherapy, chair massages, and more! Local vendors will be featuring their goods, a silent auction will be ongoing throughout the day benefitting DSACT and the music will keep you hanging around for a full day of fun!
