Bring your stories to life by building a three-dimensional diorama! Participants will channel their creativity to recreate a narrative inside a box. You can repurpose a shoebox or build your own using pieces of cardboard. We will then use cut-out pictures and drawings to develop a layered storybook setting.

We’re excited to bring you this new bi-weekly family interactive program, entitled “What Does It Mean?” Each session will feature a different kids’/family activity, focused on experimentation with imaginative storytelling and meaning-making through art! They will all be presented live via Zoom by Ney Museum education staff. The program is designed for 8 -12 year olds so siblings can explore together! But anyone can join!
