Christmas Sangria
A sweet sangria, with all of the flavors of Christmas. This drink has a bit of apple cider, a bit of ginger beer, and is beautiful served in glasses with brown sugar rims.

Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Stir and then place in the fridge until chilled.
  3. Don’t chill for longer than a few hours or the ginger beer will lose its fizz.
  4. Before serving, rim your glasses with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Fill each glass with ice and pour the sangria over the ice.
  6. If desired top with more ginger beer.
  7. Garnish with sliced of pears, oranges and pomegranate arils.
  8. To make this more than a few hours in advance, just add all the ingredients minus the ginger beer. Then before serving, stir in the ginger beer.
