Summer STEAM Lab

Experience how Texans applied their math skills to comply with food rationing in World War II. Uncover the biological properties of chili peppers that make them a vital part of Texas cooking. Find out what exactly science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics have to do with Texas history!

Every STEAM Lab is different, and may include some of the following activities:
