Slow down this holiday season and enjoy Swift Fit Events take on Texas Wellness at the French Legation Historical Site! This all ages, family-friendly event will be offering ways to get the whole family moving while incorporating wellness vendors and activities into your visit of the historic French Legation. The best part, this event is free with an rsvp!

Learn through our Texas trivia booth, or purchase French Legation tours while onsite.
Explore our handpicked, local offerings through our holiday market.
Please keep in mind, your free RSVP to the event does NOT include a free ticket for admission into the French Legation house. Tour tickets are subject to an additional fee.

Timeline of events:
9:45am Doors Open

10am-11am Childrens Yoga/Ornament Making Class Led by Jaclyn Marshall @saplingsartyoga. Bend, balance and breathe in this family yoga class geared for ages 2-10. After yoga, families can stick around to create sweet little ornaments filled with winter wishes. Yoga mats will be provided on a first come first serve basis. (Must have a child/children with you to participate).

11am-12pm Adult Yoga Class Led by Liz Davis @liz_daviss (limited mats will be available for first come first serve, we highly reccomend you bring your own due to our own stock being devoted to childrens yoga at 10am).

12:15pm-1pm Latin Inspired Dance Class Led by Magda Mayagoitia of @fitcidence

1:15pm-2pm Country Cardio & Square Dancing Led by Erica Nix @workoutwithericanix

10am-2pm Tarot Readings Led by Collette Ousely-Moynan @collette_om

10:30am-11am, 11:30am-12pm, 12:30-1pm Texas Trivia Led by Christopher Rzigalinski @working.definitions.culture & Paige @soberandfunky
