Have you been wondering what kind of tree is growing in your yard? Maybe you want to learn a fun new skill? Well, you’re in luck, because the Central Texas Seed Savers and TreeFolks are coming to Pease Park to lead a Tree ID lesson to help you learn a little more about what’s growing around you!
Folks of all ages can learn about the key characteristics that help differentiate one tree from another, and apply those skills afterward to help keep our urban ecosystem diverse and resilient.
We will gather on the lawn next to the big picnic tables right before heading out on the walk.
