3/21 Kids Yoga w/ ATX Yoga Girl

Join Cynthia Bernard, founder of ATX Yoga Girl LLC for our NEW bi-monthly kid’s yoga series!
We believe in supporting kids with their physical, mental and emotional well being. This FREE Kid’s Yoga program is a unique heart felt opportunity for youth ages 6-10 to connect with their peers, with themselves in a safe and supportive nature based space.
Your child will discover the joy of movement and mindfulness through age-appropriate yoga sessions, imaginative adventures, balance and focus practices plus gentle breathwork to help regulate their emotions on and off the mat.
Must RSVP to attend. Bring your own mat or borrow one if you need. Sponsored by Lifeway Kefir.
*Drop off is available but parent must remain on-site in case of emergency.
