Concordia University Texas presents the 2023 Roots & Wings Festival

Join us for an Environmental Stewardship service event, supporting Roots & Wings Festival 2023!
Celebrate Texas Arbor Day and Monarch Appreciation Day by planting native trees and perennials to attract pollinators. Participate, discover and learn the importance of creating sustainable habitats that will serve as a welcoming haven for pollinators.
Participants will meet at the Backyard in front of Building F (by the new sports court) at 9 a.m., where we’ll kick off the day with delicious breakfast tacos and provide you with essential instructions.
In preparation, please wear closed-toe shoes and long pants, and bring water, a hat, and sunscreen for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!
