Explorer Series: Gold Dust with la Barbecue

Join Desert Door Distillery on November 15 from 5-8 p.m. to celebrate the return of their limited edition sotol, Gold Dust. The treasured Explorer Series release is back better than ever. Aged from the distillery’s first conservation series, Back Burn for two years in virgin Missouri white oak with a medium roast, the lighter hued Golden Dust offers up a contrasting flavor of spice and pepper that finishes on a delicately sweet note. To honor the return of Gold Dust, Chef Alison “Ali” Clem of la Barbecue has teamed up with the Desert Door team to offer tasty BBQ staples to pair with the sotol. Guests will have the opportunity to sample Gold Dust in a variety of unique cocktails and take home a limited edition bottle while supplies last. The limited edition Gold Dust will be gone for good after November’s Explorer Series, so make sure to snag a ticket to experience the sotol for the last time ever!
