Preservation Austin: Homes Tour 2024

Preservation Austin’s Homes Tour kicks off on Saturday, April 20 and Sunday, April 21. The tour will feature 10 charming homes across Austin, with 5 unique homes each on Saturday and Sunday. Homes will be open from 10 am – 5 pm each day.
On Saturday, April 20, they will be hosting the first Homes Tour Block Party in the Rogers-Washington-Holy Cross Historic District. This tight-knit neighborhood tells the story of the Black experience in postwar Austin and features the works of groundbreaking Black architect John S. Chase, FAIA. The Block Party will be held in partnership with the City of Austin’s Equity-based Preservation Plan initiative.
