Laura Sanders, MA, LPCA, LMT, is a licensed professional counselor, author, meditation teacher and massage therapist. After a challenging pregnancy and labor, Laura became a proud mama in 2012. She has raised her daughter as a single mother and feels passionate about offering support to new and expecting parents.
