Campers choose minute to minute from a variety of activities including, sewing, stop-motion animation, music, sports & rec, makers crafts, bread making, and more. They’ll decide what they want to do, and for how long.
This summer families can buy as many days as they’d like, and use them at any time. No weekly reservations required–just show up! Or, if you need more care, purchase a Summer Pass, which covers the whole season. If for any reason your plans change, we’ll automatically refund any unused Passes in full at summer’s end. Lunch, snacks, and all hours (8am–6pm) are included.

Laura Sanders, MA, LPCA, LMT, is a licensed professional counselor, author, meditation teacher and massage therapist. Choose any Gordoughs location and you are bound to be pleasantly surprised at the unique (and sometimes odd) donut flavors available. Take the Mother Clucker for example: Fried Chicken Strip With Honey Butter. Sounds funky, yet tasty!
The menus vary slightly between each location so it’s good to take a look online before you go. While donuts are available at all three, the Public House creates the fabulous Donut Burgers and Donut dinner entrees. However, it is a bar, so not the best place for kids in the evenings.
Good Tex-Mex Food, including its famous Bob Armstrong dip. It’s an inviting environment for all families, including their quaint patio set with a pond with fishes. The staff is incredibly friendly, and really makes the dining experience enjoyable for the entire family.
With a huge playscape, eats, shopping, and more, Southpark Meadows the small splash pad is a great spot to hit up if you are South. The splash pad fountains are located in The Grove next to the playground. There is no set operating schedule.
A perfect escape to beat the heat — it’s in the shade. Playground, picnic tables, and restrooms close by! Plus, a creek where older kids can explore!
Head over to an Austin staple after a fun filled day at Barton Springs pool or Zilker part adventures. Shady grove has a great selection of foods, live entertainment, and a family friendly patio. Their spicy chicken wings are to.die.for.
Along with the delicious fresh pizza they offer, they will give kids “play dough” as pizza dough to keep the kids happy until the food arrives.
