Happy Father’s Day! How are you celebrating the dudes in your life? We’ve rounded up some great events (something for everyone!) to help you have the BEST Father’s Day in Austin!
Father’s Day Cherry Pie Eating Contest | June 18 | 11-12 | Mozart’s
There will be 3 rounds, 8 contestants per round, each designated by age. Whoever eats the most mini cherry pies in 8 minutes wins.
PRIZES:
1st place (out of each round: a Sunset Boat Ride on Lake Austin, a year- long supply of Mozart’s coffee beans (one per month) and a Mozart’s swag bag.
2nd place: $100 Mozart’s gift card, a year- long supply of Mozart’s coffee beans (one per month), and a Mozart’s swag bag.
3rd place: $50 Mozart’s gift card, a year- long supply of Mozart’s coffee beans (one per month), and a Mozart’s swag bag.
By reserving a ticket, you are saying you will attend. This contest is absolutely free.
Cars and Coffee | June 18 | 8am-12 | Circuit of the Americas
One of Texas’s biggest car meetups is back! Cars & Coffee Austin is fun for the whole family with an eclectic showing of Texas’ finest automobiles. Classics, racecars, exotics, hot rods, muscle cars, tuners, off-roaders, JDM, alternative energy—you name it, they’re here. Cars & Coffee is a free event for spectators on select Sundays this year at Circuit of The Americas. If you’d like to be in the show, please register for $10 and park in COTA’s Lot A.
Father’s Day Party presented by Meanwhile Brewing & Thinkery | June 18 |11 am | Meanwhile
Meanwhile Brewing and The Thinkery are joining forces to celebrate dads!
From 11-2pm at Meanwhile Brewing on Father’s Day, Thinkery is hosting two activities. Prints and Pints, where you and your kid can make custom koozies using stamps; and Imagination Playground, where kids can make their own structures using a variety of large blocks.
This event is all ages, but best for kids under 7 and their families. Our food trucks are open serving lunch and brunch. Coffee, beer, juice, and more are available in the taproom.
Attendance is free. We can’t wait to see you!
