Even though the kiddos have been in school for a bit, and you’re starting to get the hang of the new routine, Labor Day Weekend is kind of an unofficial kiss goodbye to Summer. 2023 Kyle Pie in the Sky Festival | September 1st & 2nd

Entry is FREE for the whole festival! We’ve got tethered hot air balloon rides, market vendors, a drone show, and plenty of pie events planned, so come and enjoy a slice of a good time in Kyle, Texas!

Wildlife Workshop with Austin Wildlife Rescue | September 2 | 10 am | Kingsbury Commons at Pease Park

Pease Park Conservancy is excited to partner with Austin Wildlife Rescue for an interactive wilderness presentation, tortoise meet and greet, and a wilderness walk!

Join The Conservancy and Austin Wildlife Rescue at the Tudor Cottage for a special family friendly presentation on native Texas Wildlife and what we can do to help these beloved creatures. Staff and rehabilitators from Austin Wildlife Rescue will be joined by special animal ambassador Tortellini – a Texas Tortoise!

Please note that although we love all creatures at Pease Park, dogs are not allowed at this event for the safety and wellbeing of the special animal ambassador.

The Breakfast Boogie | September 2 | 10 a.m. | The Far Out Lounge

Get down at The Breakfast Boogie every Saturday morning at 10am at The Far Out Lounge. Ticket prices are $10/adult, $5/child, under 2 can boogie for free. Tickets will be available at  the website.

Screen on the Green at Fareground: Mary Poppins | 8:30 p.m.

Such a great assortment of concession specials from $4 happy hour drinks to popcorn and cotton candy! Showtime: 8:30pm but pop on by anytime after 6:00pm to reserve your spot on the green and enjoy dinner from any of our vendors before the movie begins.

The Event will consist of various FUN and FREE activities throughout the day for kids and the whole family to enjoy.  The event is public. Open to our whole community.  Please invite and bring your family and friends to see what we’re all about out at T&C Sports.

LABOR DAY CELEBRATION | September 4 | 10-2 | Jourdan-Bachman Pioneer Farms

Enjoy a special show of free-flying raptors along with new exhibits and ways to experience Texas history at our history sites.

The shows include hawks, owls, falcons, vultures and other raptors in low-flying displays that include the history about the birds and their unique traits and hunting styles.
