Newly Added Play Elements and Lawn Space Now Open

WHAT: It’s the spookiest time of the year!  Austin-area residents and visitors are encouraged to throw on their costumes a week early and join an afternoon of family fun and thrills when The Domain hosts its annual Halloween party and the first event on the new Plaza. The spooky occasion will feature all sorts of frightfully fun activities, from Halloween crafts and a cake walk to live music by Superband and a balloon twister. Kids can trick-or-treat, get their face painted, or stop by the mini pumpkin patch for a photo and what’s sure to be a haunting good time.

Attendees are also invited to explore the newly added play elements in The Domain II for the very first time during the event. The three one-of-a-kind play areas boast a total of 800 square feet of interactive designs and feature climbers, slides and individualized storyboards appropriate for children of all ages. The opening of the new play elements mark the completion of the second phase of The Domain’s multi-million dollar enhancement project.
