Our mission at Moon Child Counseling is simple but profound: To provide a sanctuary of understanding, compassion, and support for young people and their families. We are committed to empowering young individuals to navigate the often tumultuous journey of adolescence and early adulthood. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. Our therapists are not just professionals; they are like the big siblings who genuinely care and remember the rollercoaster of emotions that come with youth. We are here to guide, to listen, and to help our clients build a strong foundation for a brighter future.
When you trust kids, they trust themselves. Since 1980, Steve & Kate’s has put kids in charge of their own learning experience. They try, fail, and learn on their own. They learn to trust their own judgment, and tackle the challenges of an ever changing world with creativity and confidence.
Campers choose minute to minute from a variety of activities including, sewing, stop-motion animation, music, sports & rec, makers crafts, bread making, and more. They’ll decide what they want to do, and for how long.Â
This summer families can buy as many days as they’d like, and use them at any time. No weekly reservations required–just show up! Or, if you need more care, purchase a Summer Pass, which covers the whole season. If for any reason your plans change, we’ll automatically refund any unused Passes in full at summer’s end. Lunch, snacks, and all hours (8am–6pm) are included.Â

Our Mission:Â Empower our community with the swimming knowledge and skills essential to minimize risk and adapt to the unexpected.
At Flomotion, we are dedicated to shaping attitudes towards water safety and building confidence in our students. Our program is designed to develop a solid set of in-water proficiencies to turn our little swimmers into underwater problem solvers. From effortless floating to strategic navigation, we ensure every skill contributes to a robust safety strategy. Our proactive approach arms students with essential maneuvers and mindsets aimed to minimize risks and enhance adaptability.Â
Water safety isn’t just splashing with friends or speeding across the pool—it’s about building discipline, confidence, and resilience. Our lessons are life lessons, preparing our students to tackle life’s challenges with the same determination they bring to the water. As they learn, grow, and master their aquatic skills, they’re not just learning to swim; they’re achieving personal victories with lifelong impact. Join us on this essential journey, guiding our little swimmers towards greater safety and enjoyment in the water.
Great local pizza (with gluten free options), and an open shaded area to sit and enjoy the nice Spring days. Not only is it a great space to enjoy a family night out, but would act as a perfect birthday party location. It’s gated and has a big lot that includes a playscape.
A favorite splash pad for many! Not nearly as crowded with a fun, interactive sprayground! A playground is near, along with a picnic area and restrooms!
Along with the delicious fresh pizza they offer, they will give kids “play dough” as pizza dough to keep the kids happy until the food arrives.

Summer Wonders serves bright and curious students in the Central Texas area. With the full support of ACE Academy and our partnership with the Renzulli Center for Creativity, Gifted Education, and Talent Development, our Summer Wonders program has grown and evolved since 1999 – much like the students who return to Summer Wonders year after year.
Students who thrive in our program are naturally curious and inquisitive, love hands-on learning, enjoy the thrill that comes with learning something new, and may or may not be placed in gifted and talented programs at their school. Registration begins in February and has Early Bird prices available. 2023 Summer Wonders

Choose any Gordoughs location and you are bound to be pleasantly surprised at the unique (and sometimes odd) donut flavors available. Take the Mother Clucker for example: Fried Chicken Strip With Honey Butter. Sounds funky, yet tasty!
The menus vary slightly between each location so it’s good to take a look online before you go. While donuts are available at all three, the Public House creates the fabulous Donut Burgers and Donut dinner entrees. However, it is a bar, so not the best place for kids in the evenings.
Good Tex-Mex Food, including its famous Bob Armstrong dip. It’s an inviting environment for all families, including their quaint patio set with a pond with fishes. The staff is incredibly friendly, and really makes the dining experience enjoyable for the entire family.
While you have hunt out your communal picnic table, it’s a great place for unique pizza and arcade games. Plus the beer selection is superb.
