Everything a brother needs to know according to Kadon, Garner, and Porter.
As an AMB Contributor, I am lucky enough to learn about all sorts of new products, websites, and services. And thanks to Austin Moms Blog and their post, I just recently found out about OneDay. OneDay is a site where you can streamline your photos, videos, even documents into one place. The absolute neatest part of this site is that you can create time capsules for your loved ones and have them sent on specific dates or milestones.
I created my own page and am very much still learning the ropes, but I am so excited to see what it all offers. I LOVE the concept of time capsules and with today’s technology driven world it only make sense to have one online. My mind went wild with ideas when I discovered that I could upload videos for my kids or whoever I want and it be saved for them until a certain time. I decided to record my 3 boys {Kadon: 10, Garner: 7, and Porter: 4} being asked questions about advice they want to give their soon-to-be-here little brother, McLane. I mean what little brother wouldn’t want to know what every brother should know, according to their brothers? I asked each of them a few questions and their answers made me giggle and get teary eyed. These are videos I will treasure for life! I plan to do more with my husband and myself for each of the boys, for them to see at specific ages. I already have letters that I have written to each of them and now to add videos to it is so awesome! I know my boys will get a good laugh and fun memories from all of this too, which makes me happy.
Today I’m sharing this priceless moment and a glimpse into my world being the mom to 3 {almost} 4 boys! Because of OneDay, I plan to share this with McLane when he’s old enough to question the love of brotherhood.
