Grab your popsicle molds, gather the ingredients, and let’s create the most refreshing delights that will have your kids begging for more! Here are a few of our favorite Summertime popsicle recipes.

Disney Dole Whip

Ingredients:

  • Frozen pineapple chunks
  • Coconut milk
  • Honey (optional)
  • Lime juice (optional)

Our all time favorite! If you’ve had the dole whip from Disney, these will be an easy dupe that will go over well with the kiddos. Combine pineapple chunks, mango slices, coconut milk, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy and add more coconut milk to achieve desired consistency. Adjust the sweetness and tanginess using the honey and/or lime.

Berry Blast

Ingredients:

  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Orange Juice

Packed with antioxidants and so yummy! Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and enjoy.

Choco Banana Bliss

 Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas
  • Cocoa powder
  • Milk

My kids frequently ask for this treat and I don’t mind it because it sure is delish! Blend the ingredients until the chocolatey goodness sets in. I must admit it’s better than eating a chocolate bar in the sun!

Watermelon Wonder

Ingredients:

  • Fresh watermelon chunks
  • Limejuice

So refreshing! Puree fresh watermelon chunks and add a squeeze of lime juice. I’ve even tried adding a little Topo Chico and with this combination you’ve found your new summertime catering drink!

Rainbow Delight

Ingredients:

  • Orange juice
  • Pineapple juice
  • Strawberry juice
  • Purple grape juice

This one is an eye-catcher and will easily become one of their favorites. Pour each juice into our mold separately and let freeze before you add the next colored juice and enjoy your new vibrant treat!

Cookie Crunch

Ingredients:

  • Crushed cookies
  • Pudding

Best of both worlds! Crush your favorite cookies (chocolate chip cookies or even graham crackers work well) and mix into pudding of your choice. Freeze in your molds and enjoy!

Fro-Yo Pops

Ingredients:

  • Fruits
  • Vanilla Yogurt

Nutritious and so delightful! Blend together a combo of your child’s favorite fruits (strawberries and bananas) and vanilla yogurt. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a creamy, fruity treat.

Classic Root Beer Float Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • Root beer

You can’t beat the classics! Fill popsicle molds with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. Slowly pour Root Beer into the molds, allowing it to mix with the ice cream. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid.

Remember, you can always get creative with your popsicle recipes by adding different fruits, juices, or even a touch of herbs like mint or basil. Have fun experimenting and creating your own unique flavors.

Have a great Summer!
