As a kid, I was way more likely to do what the grownups around me did than I was to listen to what they said. Now that I’m an adult with kids of my own, I keep in mind that I need to model behavior I want them to emulate. That’s why, at our house, we prioritize fitness. My husband and I want our kids to know that staying active is a huge part of staying healthy, so we are always on the lookout for ways to be active as a family, whether that’s going for a walk, playing a sport, or hitting the gym. With that in mind, I put together this list of 10 places to exercise with your kids in Austin. Whether you’re looking for a mommy-and-me-style class or a place to get a serious sweat in with your kids, this list will have something for you!
